Chinese Language Program It comprises two core modules: Chinese Language Learning and Chinese Cultural Experience. The Chinese Language Learning module is practice-oriented, covering basic courses such as Pinyin, listening, writing and speaking. It also offers specialized HSK training. Through systematic teaching and targeted practice, it helps students solidify their Chinese foundation and prepare for the exam efficiently. The Chinese Cultural Experience module emphasizes immersive perception, including hands-on practical courses like pottery making, paper cutting and bamboo weaving, as well as art appreciation courses such as traditional Chinese music and painting. It enables students to deeply experience the unique charm of fine traditional Chinese culture through hands-on practice and aesthetic edification. Construction Engineering Technology Program It covers fields including building construction, materials, structures, information modeling, construction technology and management, focusing on core knowledge such as architectural drawing and CAD, engineering surveying, structures and geotechnics. It enhances professional competencies like construction technology, construction organization, prefabricated construction, measurement and pricing, document management and BIM application. Practical skills are refined through vocational skills training, 1+X certificate programs and on-the-job internships. Comprehensive literacy is fully assessed through graduation project defense, helping students boost employability and lay a solid professional foundation.

According to the college's current policies, new Chinese language program students will have the opportunity to receive the special admission scholarship established by the college upon enrollment. For students entering the degree program phase, they can apply for and obtain scholarships of varying amounts each year in accordance with relevant national policies and their own outstanding academic performance.

Graduates of the Construction Engineering Technology Program: Mainly oriented towards industries such as civil engineering construction and building construction, they can engage in construction engineering technology, on-site management, inspection and testing of construction materials, construction safety control, BIM modeling, and prefabricated construction. They are competent for frontline professional positions including construction technicians, quality inspectors, safety officers, document specialists, cost estimators, surveyors, building information modeling technicians, and prefabricated construction technicians. After graduation, they also have the opportunity to obtain highly socially recognized skill certificates such as the Eight Major Construction Roles Certificates, Constructor Certificates, and Cost Engineer Certificates, and thus become technical and skilled masters and industry experts, leading technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
