1. Being able to independently prepare construction organization designs, scientifically organize flow-line construction, allocate resources rationally, and optimize construction processes;
2. Capable of mastering network planning techniques, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and optimize double-code, single-code, and time-scaled network diagrams, as well as to identify critical paths and conduct schedule–cost–resource optimization;
3. Possessing the ability to arrange general layout planning of construction sites;
4. Being able to apply BIM technology preliminarily for clash detection, 4D construction simulation, quality control, and safety control, thereby achieving information-based project management;
5. Knowing the fundamental principles of integrated smart construction site systems, with awareness of using digital tools for progress, resource, and environmental collaborative management;
6. Capable of identifying factors that influence construction progress, applying organizational, technical, and economic measures for dynamic control and correction, and ensuring on-time and high-quality project delivery.
