General Introduction
This course focuses on cultivating trainees’ ability to manage and control the entire process of engineering projects. It primarily covers construction organization design, preparation and optimization of progress schedules, construction site layout,
as well as the application of modern management technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and smart construction sites. This course provides a core foundation for trainees to engage in construction project management.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees master the basic principles of construction organization design and flow-line construction, and acquire preliminary ability to prepare construction schemes and arrange construction sites;
2. Enabling trainees to proficiently apply network planning techniques to prepare and optimize progress schedules, identify critical paths, and carry out schedule, cost, and resource optimization;
3. Guiding trainees to understand the core applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and smart construction sites, thereby establishing a fundamental awareness of information-based project management;
4. Developing trainees with systematic engineering management thinking, laying a solid foundation for engaging in construction project management work.
