General Introduction
This course is primarily designed to cultivate the fundamental professional skills required for front-line operational positions in chemical production.
It mainly focuses on teaching chemical materials, identification of valves and pipe fittings, pipeline connection and sealing, pipeline operation, as well as maintenance and servicing procedures.

This Course is for
1. Enabling trainees to interpret pipeline isometric drawings and to distinguish the chemical, physical, and process characteristics of various materials.
2. Helping trainees recognize different types of valves and pipe fittings, assemble and inspect pipeline components, and commission material conveying equipment such as pipelines, pumps, and valves.
3. Training trainees to perform installation, disassembly, and maintenance of conveying equipment (including pipelines, pumps, and valves) to meet the professional competency standards required for the Chemical Process Technician qualification.
