General Introduction
This course is an introductory course that encompasses the full professional development cycle, including career awareness, job preparation, workplace production, and career advancement. The course is designed to help trainees gain a comprehensive understanding of chemical industry professions and production practices,
foster a sense of professional identity and dedication, establish concepts of green development and safety-oriented thinking, and cultivate craftsmanship and professional integrity. It aims to lay a solid foundation for trainees to engage in the chemical industry and achieve sustainable career growth.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees recognize the status and role of the chemical industry and understand its critical importance in economic development.
2. Enabling trainees to learn the laws and standards related to occupational health, and identify common occupational hazards in the chemical industry as well as their protective measures.
3. Guiding trainees to understand workers’ rights, obligations, and labor dispute handling procedures, and familiarize themselves with onboarding processes, organizational structures, and promotion pathways.
4. Teaching trainees to master fundamental theoretical knowledge of chemical production, including typical chemical equipment, valves, measuring instruments, and process control systems.
5. Developing trainees’ skills in identifying and preventing hazardous factors in chemical production, conducting on-site inspections, managing special operations, and responding to emergencies.
6. Cultivating trainees’ awareness of safety production and career development, thereby laying a solid foundation for future engagement in the chemical industry.
