1. Knowing the core principles and process characteristics of advanced welding methods such as laser welding (including deep-penetration and heat-conduction modes), electron beam welding (precision joining in vacuum environments), friction stir welding (solid-state joining without molten pools), and hybrid welding (for example, laser–arc hybrid welding).
2. Being capable of operating advanced welding equipment such as laser welding machines, electron beam welding systems, and friction stir welding devices, as well as independently performing parameter settings (e.g., power, speed, focal position) and routine maintenance.
