1. Being able to proficiently operate a multimeter and oscilloscope, accurately measure various parameters of new energy vehicle circuits and components, and use this data to assess whether their status is normal.
2. Being able to accurately identify various components commonly found in new energy vehicle circuits, proficiently use measurement tools to test them, and deeply understand their functions and application scenarios.
