1. Material Identification and Application: Being able to identify the characteristics of substrates, inks, and related materials, and to evaluate their printability;
2. Equipment Operation and Control: Being capable of operating sheet-fed offset presses, including pressure adjustment, registration control, and ink-water balance management;
3. Quality Inspection and Analysis: Being able to use control strips, densitometers, and other instruments to measure solid density, trapping, and related parameters, as well as diagnosing and resolving common print-quality issues;
4. Post-press Processing Skills: Understanding the principles of laminating, die-cutting, folding-gluing, and other post-press processes, with the ability to troubleshoot typical defects;
5. Integrated Management Competence: Being aware of Lean Production principles, understanding corporate culture, on-site management (5S), and green printing standards.
