General Introduction
This course is part of the “Bi Sheng Workshop” Online Classroom Series and serves as a comprehensive core module for students in printing and packaging-related majors. It aims to provide full-process professional knowledge of the printing industry,
covering the selection of printing materials, process principles, press mechanisms and adjustment, quality inspection and control, as well as the theoretical and practical competencies essential for modern printing enterprise management.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees understand the characteristics of printing materials, the principles of offset lithographic printing, and the structure and adjustment methods of key printing press components;
2. Enabling trainees to develop the ability to conduct print quality assessment, perform data analysis using specialized instruments, and apply post-press processing techniques;
3. Teaching trainees to become familiar with modern printing enterprise management concepts (such as 5S, ERP, and Lean Production), establishing a solid foundation for future work in the printing industry.
