General Introduction
This course aims to develop students’ practical abilities in planning and organizing activities for older adults in accordance with the work requirements of elderly service and management positions.
It emphasizes the cultivation of hands-on operational skills while strengthening professional attitudes and occupational competencies, thereby providing important support for the development of professional capabilities and qualities required in the field.

This Course is for
1. Cultivating trainees’ abilities in planning and organizing activities for older adults through systematic learning.
2. Guiding trainees to design various activities based on the needs and characteristics of older adults.
3. Enhancing trainees’ practical, innovative, communicative, and organizational abilities through activity planning and teamwork.
