1. Adhering to professional ethics, confidentiality principles, and ethical standards in the assessment process.
2. Being able to prepare standard assessment tools, scales, and an appropriate evaluation environment independently.
3. Being able to apply standardized communication and observation techniques to effectively collect information on older adults’ physical condition, cognition, perception and communication, and social participation.
4. Being able to use assessment scales accurately and conduct scoring in accordance with national standards (such as Specifications for the Ability Assessment of Older Adults, GB/T 42195-2022).
