2. Being able to prepare standard assessment tools, scales, and an appropriate evaluation environment independently.
3. Being able to apply standardized communication and observation techniques to effectively collect information on older adults’ physical condition, cognition, perception and communication, and social participation.
4. Being able to use assessment scales accurately and conduct scoring in accordance with national standards (such as Specifications for the Ability Assessment of Older Adults, GB/T 42195-2022).
5. Being able to analyze and integrate assessment results to complete standardized and objective evaluation reports.
6. Mastering the ability to identify potential risks and provide preliminary recommendations, including determining appropriate referral services when necessary.
7. Mastering proper management and maintenance of assessment records while recognizing the importance of continuous learning and quality control.
