General Introduction
This course aligns with emerging industry practices such as centralized warehousing and shared distribution, as well as new standards for digitalized warehousing. It incorporates advanced technologies including unmanned delivery systems. The course introduces the processes and methodologies for the planning, design, and implementation of warehouse and distribution operations, aiming to cultivate professionals capable of analysis, system design,
operational execution, and management within warehouse and distribution environments. It is structured into four core modules based on operational workflows under digital support: information-based inbound preparation and goods inspection, data-driven warehouse zoning and in-storage operations, intelligent order processing and picking/sorting, and digitalized load planning, dispatching, and unmanned delivery services.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees master the key components involved in designing operational plans for inbound, in-storage, outbound, and distribution processes.
2. Enabling trainees to understand the fundamental principles and objectives of warehouse planning and layout design.
3. Helping trainees acquire the knowledge, operational requirements, and procedures necessary for implementing inbound, in-storage, outbound, and distribution plans.
4. Developing trainees’ ability to understand and apply standards and requirements related to personnel management, equipment management, inventory management, and safety management in warehouse operations.
