General Introduction
This course focuses on the development of core competencies required for logistics transportation positions, with the aim of enhancing trainees’ capabilities in transportation organization and management. It systematically covers essential knowledge and practical skills,
including transportation scheme design, standardized documentation preparation, vehicle scheduling and load optimization, capacity organization and management, handling of transportation exceptions, and end-to-end transportation project management.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees master the fundamental concepts and principles of transportation management, as well as the organizational processes and operational methods of different transportation modes.
2. Enabling trainees to perform standardized transportation operations in specific scenarios, including order receiving, vehicle scheduling, risk control, delivery, and dispute handling.
3. Developing trainees’ ability to analyze integrated transportation problems and propose practical and effective solutions.
