General Introduction
This course plays a vital supporting role in cultivating students’ coffee preparation and quality tasting abilities. Through this course, trainees will mainly learn the basic skills and methods of coffee bean roasting,
coffee beverage preparation, and sensory evaluation. The course will help trainees strengthen their professional qualities and broaden their aesthetic understanding and professional application vision in modern beverages.

This Course is for
1. Being familiar with the basic knowledge and processes of coffee processing, preparation, and sensory evaluation.
2. Mastering the methods and skills for common coffee preparation and quality tasting.
3. Laying a foundation for improving comprehensive catering abilities and for further learning and practice in beverage-related fields.
