General Introduction
This course is designed to focus on developing students’ competencies in the extraction and separation of bioproducts. It mainly covers the fundamental principles and operating methods of raw material pretreatment,
cell disruption, solid–liquid separation, primary purification, advanced purification, and final product processing.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees understand the fundamental principles of bioproduct extraction and separation technologies.
2. Equipping trainees with the ability to perform and apply the unit operations involved in bioproduct extraction and separation.
3. Enabling trainees to develop awareness of standardized operations and safe production, as well as the basic professional qualities and occupational competencies required for positions related to bioproduct extraction and separation.

1. Being able to follow safety procedures and aseptic operation requirements for bioproduct extraction and separation, and complete raw material pretreatment and solid–liquid separation.

3. Being able to proficiently perform chromatographic separation and complete the advanced purification of target products.
