Associate Professor Dr. Randall M. Shannon

Dr. Randall M. Shannon is an associate professor at Mahidol University’s College of Management. He holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Thammasat University and an MBA from City University. His research interest is in consumer behavior related issues, including private label brands, shopping behavior, sustainability, sustainable consumption, the life course approach and so on. Shannon has extensive experience teaching at various Thai universities, supervising graduate students, and designing marketing curricula. He co-founded Vantage Company Limited, a market research and consulting firm, and served as a senior brand consultant for Temporal Brand Consulting. Actively engaged in academic and corporate training, he has authored textbooks, book chapters, and journal articles, and secured research grants on topics like social sustainability and cross-cultural teaching styles.
