In order to meet the diverse learning needs of overseas students, Guizhou Equipment Manufacturing Polytechnic has created two international digital course resources based on the standards of computer numerical control technology. The course names are "Machine Tool Fixtures and Applications" and "Metal Cutting and Cutting Tools".

Through the study of these two courses, students can master the positioning and clamping techniques for workpieces and develop initial capabilities in designing specialized fixtures for typical part processes; understand the fundamental theories of the three elements of cutting, cutting tool materials, and specialized machining topics, and acquire the ability to calculate cutting parameters, select cutting tools, and analyze machining problems. These areas of knowledge will help students build a comprehensive knowledge system, lay a solid foundation for subsequent studies or work in computer numerical control technology industry, and create more possibilities for future career development.
