In response to the "China-ASEAN 2030 TVET Flagship Courses Sharing Initiative" initiated by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Technical Education Development (SEAMEO TED), and to serve the human resource needs for international production capacity cooperation in ASEAN countries, Quanzhou Huaguang Vocational College, leveraging its professional strengths, has actively participated in the application and development of the project. Under the photography and videography techniques professional standard, the school has meticulously created five international digital course resources: "Creative Photography Training", "Portrait Photography", "Commercial Advertising Photography", "Photographic Exposure and Lighting Techniques" and "Image Post-Production & Enhancement".

Through the study of these five courses, students can master photography practices that integrate innovative thinking, understand lighting, shooting techniques, and aesthetic principles in portrait photography, and learn advertising product photography and creative concept development. In addition, students will become familiar with precise control of image exposure, lighting techniques, and fundamental lighting concepts and methods, as well as comprehend image retouching skills, color correction, blemish removal, and creative image enhancement techniques. These areas of knowledge will help students build a comprehensive knowledge system, lay a solid foundation for subsequent studies or work in the photography and videography industry, and create more possibilities for future career development.
