General Introduction
This course is a core professional subject within the Horticultural Technology major and a compulsory course for those engaged in fruit tree cultivation and production. It is designed to equip trainees with the cultivation and
management techniques of commonly grown fruit trees in the local region, and to develop their fundamental vocational competencies for producing high-quality, high-yield, and pollution-free fruits.

This Course is for
# Enabling trainees to perform key technical operations for the main fruit tree varieties cultivated in the local region, including orchard management, irrigation and fertilization, flower and fruit management, as well as tree training and pruning.
# Helping trainees develop qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, effective communication, and teamwork, along with a hardworking attitude essential for conducting field operations.
# Cultivating professional awareness and values centered on ecological and safe fruit production practices.
