General Introduction
This course aims to cultivate professionals for vehicle production and management. It primarily covers automotive assembly line processes, virtual simulation, and hands-on vehicle operation.
The course is aligned with the National Occupational Skill Standard for Automotive Assembly and Adjustment Technician (Senior Level), enabling students to meet the competency requirements for positions in automotive assembly and adjustment.

This Course is for
1. Familiarizing learners with the components, locations, and assembly relationships of each line in the final assembly process;
2. Enabling learners to perform standardized operations at typical workstations on final assembly lines in accordance with enterprise Standard Operating Cards;
3. Helping learners cultivate proper professional values, a strong sense of craftsmanship and teamwork, effective communication skills, and disciplined 7S workplace habits.

1. Being able to follow safety operating regulations for automotive assembly and adjustment technicians and complete assembly, commissioning, and inspection tasks on final assembly lines in accordance with enterprise Standard Operating Cards;
2. Knowing how to carry out regular maintenance and servicing of equipment, instruments, and tools at final assembly workstations based on maintenance manuals;
3. Possessing the ability to identify common faults in equipment, instruments, and tools at final assembly workstations and handle them in accordance with maintenance manuals;
