1. Being able to follow safety operating regulations for automotive assembly and adjustment technicians and complete assembly, commissioning, and inspection tasks on final assembly lines in accordance with enterprise Standard Operating Cards;
2. Knowing how to carry out regular maintenance and servicing of equipment, instruments, and tools at final assembly workstations based on maintenance manuals;
3. Possessing the ability to identify common faults in equipment, instruments, and tools at final assembly workstations and handle them in accordance with maintenance manuals;
4. Being able to utilize automotive assembly and adjustment simulation software to perform simulated operations on final assembly lines and become familiar with assembly processes and key precautions;
5. Being able to conduct end-of-line inspections for completed vehicles, approving qualified vehicles for warehousing, and arranging rework and re-inspection for unqualified vehicles.
