General Introduction
This course aims to systematically develop students’ competencies in warehousing and distribution operations and management. Covering core processes such as inbound receiving, storage, inventory counting, picking, outbound operations, vehicle loading,
and route optimization, the course enables students to skillfully apply various facilities and equipment, and develop professional skills in organizing and implementing warehousing and distribution operations and improving operational efficiency.

This Course is for
1. Enabling trainees to master the basic concepts, operational processes, and theoretical foundations of warehousing and distribution management.
2. Helping trainees become familiar with the types and functions of facilities and equipment, such as warehouse layout, shelves, forklifts, pallets, and automated picking systems.
3. Helping trainees understand the management principles and methods for inbound operations, in-storage operations, outbound operations, and distribution processes.
