1. Understanding the types of primary equipment in power systems and their insulation testing requirements, including the test items and technical specifications for various types of high-voltage electrical equipment.
2. Being able to operate high-voltage testing equipment, including insulation resistance testers (megohmmeters), insulating tool testers, transformer comprehensive characteristic testers, dielectric loss testers, AC and DC high-voltage generators, and cable fault locators.
3. Being able to measure the polarization index and absorption ratio and independently perform high-voltage tests, including dielectric loss tests, AC and DC withstand voltage tests, and insulating oil breakdown voltage tests.
4. Understanding how to accurately assess the insulation condition of electrical equipment based on test results and being able to analyze and diagnose equipment faults.
5. Being able to independently complete at least 10 typical high-voltage testing tasks involving major electrical equipment, including transformers, switches, surge arresters, and power cables.
6. Being able to design comprehensive high-voltage testing plans and prepare standardized test analysis reports based on test results to meet on-site operation and maintenance requirements.
