In response to the "China-ASEAN 2030 TVET Flagship Courses Sharing Initiative" initiated by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Technical Education Development (SEAMEO TED), and to serve the human resource needs for international production capacity cooperation in ASEAN countries, Binzhou Polytechnic University, leveraging its professional strengths, has actively participated in the application and development of the project. Under the Applied Chemical Technology professional standard, the school has meticulously created five international digital course resources: "Chemical Safety Technology", "Enzyme Engineering Technology", "Biological Extraction and Separation Technology", "Ion-Exchange Membrane Caustic Soda Production and Operation", "Petroleum Refining Production Technology".

Through the study of these five courses, students will master the characteristics of chemical production processes, types of accidents, hazardous chemicals, and safety management of pressurized equipment; gain an understanding of the operating procedures for processes such as brine refining, electrolysis, chlorine-hydrogen treatment, liquid chlorine production, and hydrogen chloride synthesis; develop a thorough grasp of the fundamental theories and catalytic properties of enzyme engineering, and acquire core practical skills in enzyme separation and purification, immobilization, and enzyme preparation; follow standard operating procedures to complete the preliminary purification of target products, including unit operations such as salting-out, organic solvent precipitation, and membrane separation; and become proficient in the structure and operating parameters of petroleum refining equipment, familiar with their working principles, and understand the primary reaction mechanisms and characteristics inherent in petroleum refining. These areas of knowledge will help students build a comprehensive knowledge system, lay a solid foundation for subsequent studies or work in the applied chemical technology industry, and create more possibilities for future career development.
