In order to meet the diverse learning needs of overseas students, Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture has created four international digital course resources based on the standards of animal science and technology. The course names are "Animal Quarantine", "Animal Genetics and Breeding", "Poultry Production Technology", and "Prevention and Control Techniques for Cattle and Sheep Diseases".

Through the study of these four courses, students can master the basic theories of animal quarantine, inspection and quarantine techniques, and their applications in livestock and poultry product quality and safety supervision, understand the fundamental laws of animal genetics and breeding, principles of selection and mating, and basic methods for genetic improvement of traits, learn the interdisciplinary application of knowledge such as hatching, feeding management, and environmental control in poultry production. Additionally, students will become familiar with the diagnosis, prevention, and control techniques for common cattle and sheep diseases, comprehend the basic concepts of healthy animal breeding and biosecurity prevention. These areas of knowledge will help students build a comprehensive knowledge system, lay a solid foundation for subsequent studies or work in the animal husbandry and veterinary industry, and create more possibilities for future career development.
