General Introduction
This course is a core course for this major and aims to cultivate trainees’ competence in modern family dietary nutrition management. The course mainly covers knowledge and skills related to dietary assessment,
nutritional meal planning, and dietary guidance for special population groups. It is designed to enhance trainees’ ability to conduct family nutrition consultation and to design healthy dietary plans.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees master the fundamental theories of human nutritional requirements, food nutrient composition, and balanced dietary principles.
2. Enabling trainees to develop practical competencies in dietary assessment, nutritional meal planning, and dietary guidance for different families and special population groups.
3. Guiding trainees to cultivate a scientific concept of health management and laying a solid foundation for careers related to family nutrition consultation and dietary management.
