General Introduction
This course is a core foundational course for students in the vocational undergraduate program of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Through this course, trainees will systematically learn basic theories such as the chemical composition of the human body,
the structure and function of biomacromolecules, substance metabolism and its regulation, and the transmission and regulation of genetic information. The course focuses on cultivating trainees’ basic application ability in biochemistry, biochemical experiment operation skills, and comprehensive professional qualities.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees master basic biochemical knowledge, including the structure and function of biomacromolecules, substance metabolism, and genetic information transmission.
2. Enabling trainees to develop professional experimental operation skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems, laying a solid foundation for positions in drug research and development and pharmaceutical production.
3. Teaching trainees to develop professional ethics, awareness of quality, safety, and environmental protection, and teamwork competence, meeting the talent training requirements for Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
