General Introduction
This course aims to develop students’ core competencies for homestay management positions in response to the needs of the homestay industry, primarily by integrating knowledge and skills in service etiquette, guest room operations and maintenance, guest reception, scenario-based services, and daily operations management. It emphasizes both practical skills and professional qualities,
aligns with the occupational standards of rural homestays and boutique accommodation businesses, and aims to cultivate versatile homestay service and management professionals with a strong service mindset, on-site problem-solving abilities, and refined management skills, thereby meeting the workforce needs of the high-quality development of tourism homestays.

This Course is for
1. Enabling trainees to master the basic service procedures and core responsibilities of homestay management positions.
2. Equipping trainees with practical skills in guest reception, personalized service design, complaint handling, and daily homestay operations.
3. Helping trainees develop a strong service mindset and meet the professional requirements of positions in the homestay industry.
