1. Understanding and complying with laws and regulations governing the culture and tourism industry and professional standards for tour guides, and being able to complete arrival reception, tour guiding, and departure transfer services in a standardized manner.
2. Being able to provide professional attraction interpretation and reasonably plan and adjust tour itineraries.
3. Being able to proactively coordinate tourists’ needs and appropriately handle disagreements, complaints, and various special requests.
