General Introduction
This course focuses on developing students' standardized, professional practical competencies for comprehensive tour guide services. Aligned with the job requirements of tour guides and the standards of professional qualification examinations, the course places emphasis on full-process tour guide services, cultural and tourism interpretation,
as well as itinerary coordination and planning. It also equips students to respond appropriately to various emergencies in line with relevant regulations, address tourists' needs in a flexible and reasonable manner, and develop the core professional skills required to work as tour guides in the culture and tourism industry.

This Course is for
1. Helping trainees become familiar with professional standards for tour guides and the knowledge required for the full tour service process.
2. Equipping trainees with practical skills in attraction interpretation, tour service procedures, tourist complaint handling, and emergency response.
3. Laying a solid professional foundation for careers in tour guiding and other culture and tourism service positions by developing strong professional competence in tourism services.
