General Introduction
This course aims to systematically develop students’ competencies in warehousing and distribution operations and management. Covering core processes such as inbound receiving, storage, inventory counting, picking, outbound operations, vehicle loading, and route optimization, the course enables students to skillfully apply various facilities and equipment, and develop professional skills in organizing and implementing warehousing and distribution operations and improving operational efficiency.
